Our Foundations Plan is built for businesses that have standard accounting requirements and have accounting professionals who are experienced with other financial software. You will benefit from our structured Foundations approach designed to help you implement Dynamics 365 for Financials.
Foundations, a self-implementation process, is geared at helping make the implementation process go as smoothly as possible. With Foundations, you have the freedom to work on the implementation at your own speed; we understand that this is not your full-time job. During the process, the Cloud Financials team is available to coach and assist you through any questions you may have or roadblocks you may face.
What we have found is the best way to learn a new application is to work in it. From our experience, the vast majority of customers have the ability to complete the implementation tasks, but they need guidance to help them along the way. For each task, we’ve developed training documentation and or videos to guide you through the process. During the implementation, which typically takes four weeks, you will be given tasks that are broken into four stages (most companies do one stage per week, but you have the freedom to work at your own pace).
During each stage, our team will walk you through the required tasks and then let you work as you have time. Within each of the four stages, you have the option to schedule a Q&A call with us to go over any hurdles you may encounter. When you finish all of the tasks for a single stage, you can conveniently use our booking tool to schedule the next stage call.

We understand that you have different users with different roles, so each employee taking role tailored financial software training for their specific needs just makes sense. Your users can complete Dynamics 365 for Financials training that is specific to their role, decreasing time wasted on irrelevant material and increasing up-time of your new system, using our Learning Management System (LMS). This training can be tracked by an individual within you company to guarantee that everyone completes the require courses. The training includes documentation, videos, and comprehension evaluations.
If you want to continue to run your business smoothly while changing systems, you need to be able to transfer information about customers, vendors, inventory, and bank accounts between solutions.
Depending on the finance solution that your business uses today, you can start an assisted setup guide that helps you transfer the business data from an Excel file or from other formats.
